Meet the Founder

Hi there, I am Fatima Bocoum—a New York–based experience designer, marketer, and curator. Over the past seven years, I attended hundreds of exhibitions and cultural programs around the world—from the US to Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Time and again, I noticed a recurring issue: a disconnect between online and onsite experiences, paired with uninspired marketing, that left audiences under and at times overwhelmed. Only a handful of institutions had mastered it—not necessarily the biggest, but those that understood the cost of complacency.

With 15 years of marketing and design expertise, I am bringing my skills to the arts and cultural sector, crafting dynamic, strategy-backed experiences—both online and onsite—that deliver material impact. My Concept-to-Activation Omnichannel Marketing is designed to grow attendance, strengthen loyalty, and expand institutional partnerships.

In the past four years alone, I launched over 500 concepts and campaigns, ran continuous A/B tests, and collaborated with global leaders such as Condé Nast on the launch of Vogue Club, David Yurman on their Holiday Gift Guides, and American Express Global Travel on identifying their most opportune customer segments. Along the way, I discovered something fascinating: regardless of background, people share common psychological triggers that influence decision-making. Leveraging these insights, I consistently outperformed targets, boosting key performance metrics by 45%.
